If you wish to book more that 5 rooms, it will be booked as a group reservation.

However, we ask for a written consent from the guardians, if the guest only consists of minors.
If you need the written consent form , please contact us directly by phone or send us an inquiry. Please have the guardian fill out the form and submit it at the front desk upon check-in.

About our Facility

The guest rooms are approximately 13 tatami mats including a small tatami room and a loft, and there is also a 6-mat Jacuzzi bath.

We do not have any available. Please ask our staff if needed.

Smoking is prohibited inside any of the facility.
Please use the terrace outside each rooms for smoking. Ashtrays are available at KURA or BASECAMP.

Reservations can usually be made up to 3 months in advance via the Internet or phone. Phone calls are available between 10:00 – 17:00 JST(Japan Standard Time).

You can make reservations online until 22:00 JST the day before your stay.

Please note that if you wish to cancell the reservation, cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

General booking (14 people or less)
No show: 100% / Same day: 80% / 3 days before: 70% / 7 days before: 50% / 15 days before: 20%
Group booking (15~49 people)
No show: 100% / Same day: 80% / 3 days before: 70% / 7 days before: 50% / 15 days before: 20%
Group booking (50 people or more)
No show: 100% / Same day: 100% / 3 days before: 80% / 7 days before: 60% / 15 days before: 30%

Our facility will be operational under any weather condition, even in the event of heavy rain and typhoon.
Please pack the appropriate gears depending on the weather condition of your stay.
If the weather condition is to harsh for your visit, we recommend you to reschedule since it does not cost any cancellation fees.
